I know what it's like to be stuck in everyone else’s definition of success and yet feel unfulfilled, wondering if this is all there is to life.
I had the life that looked good on paper. The career. The house. The family. I was living in a container I'd built myself, limiting who I was and how I showed up.
There was a voice that kept whispering: "This is not how you want to live your life."
Here is the thing about that voice… once you hear it, you can't unhear it.
I blew up my life. Not because I had it figured out—because I couldn't ignore the voice anymore. The journey was messy. Painful. At one point, my life was shattered into pieces on the floor. I thought I not only couldn't have a beautiful life, I didn't even deserve it.
In my deepest moment of shame and regret, I found science-backed mindset tools that changed everything. Tools that helped me unravel fear, stop outsourcing certainty, and build a life from my core.
I learned what success meant to me and how to go all in on the life I wanted.
Since then? I've been to the top of the tallest triathlon in the world. Built a thriving business. Developed loving relationships. Travel the world with my daughter. Live a life of true freedom.
Not by accident. By changing how I related to what I wanted, developing my own mindset framework for overcoming autopilot patterns that held me back, and doing the deeper inner work it takes to get it.
What makes me feel alive every day is helping others create a life they are excited to live. To define success on their own terms and go after it with enthusiasm, not exhaustion.
