I know what it's like to be stuck in everyone else's definition of success and yet feel unfulfilled, wondering if this is all there is to life.
I had the life that looked good on paper. The career. The house. The family. I was living in a container I'd built myself, limiting who I was and how I showed up.
There was a voice that kept whispering: "This is not how you want to live your life." Here is the thing about that voice… once you hear it, you can't unhear it.
I blew up my life. Not because I had it figured out—because I couldn't ignore the voice anymore. The journey was messy. Painful. At one point, my life was shattered into pieces on the floor. I thought I not only couldn't have a beautiful life, I didn't even deserve it.
In my deepest moment of shame and regret, I found science-backed mindset tools that changed everything. Tools that helped me unravel fear, stop outsourcing certainty, and build a life from my core.
I learned what success meant to me and how to go all in on the life I wanted.
Since then? I've been to the top of the tallest triathlon in the world. Built a thriving business. Developed loving relationships. Travel the world with my daughter. Live a life of true freedom.
Not by accident. By changing how I related to what I wanted, developing my own mindset framework for overcoming autopilot patterns that held me back, and doing the deeper inner work it takes to get it.
